掘进工作面自动降温系统设计与应用

Automatic Cooling System Design and Application of Driving Face

摘要: 为解决长距离掘进工作面降温困难,降温费用高昂的问题,现设计出自动降温系统。系统中设有两组制冷设备A、B,A组制冷设备所产冷量经普通风筒送至掘进迎头,B组制冷设备所产冷量经修改过的普通风筒释放在掘进巷道里;A组设备始终保持正常运行,B组制冷设备只有在行人经过掘进巷道时开启,这一动作借助红外人体传感器、PLC以及继电器共同完成。实践表明:自动降温系统运行安全可靠,极大地改善了工作面作业人员的作业环境,降低了降温费用投入。

Abstract: In order to solve the difficulties of long-distance driving face cooling, cooling costly questions are designed automatic cooling system. The system has two sets of refrigeration equipment “A”, “B”,”A” group of the cooling capacity of refrigeration equipment has been sent to an ordinary hair dryer boring head, group “B” refrigeration equipment cooling capacity by the modified general release in the roadway in duct. A set of devices always maintain the normal operation, group B only after refrigeration equipment turned on when the pedestrian roadway, this action by means of infrared body sensors, PLC and relay together. Practice shows: automatic cooling system safe and reliable operation, greatly improved the working environment of workers and reduce the cooling cost of inputs.
